Basic Support Contract
You’ll have unlimited access to professional support during office hours by paying a convenient monthly fee for each user, seat, device or application you need to cover. You’ll receive remote or on-site support as often as needed. For support outside of office hours, an hourly service rate will be applied.
Most Wanted !
Full Support Contract
You’ll have unlimited access to professional support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By paying a convenient monthly fee per user, seat, device or application, you’ll receive remote or on-site support as often as needed.
